This video we will clarify how to track your body weight. First, you have to weigh yourself every day in the same clothes. And in the same time of the day. This is optimal. And I will recommend because it's the most easiest way, in my opinion to weigh yourself every morning after the first toilet. After you noted every day you wait, you build a weekly average.

Here's an example how to do this. For example, you weigh 100 kilogram on Monday and Tuesday hundred point five, Wednesday 100 again, then 99 point 505 on Saturday 99.0 kilograms, and on Sunday hundred point five kilograms. If you add every way up, in the end, you'll have 720 zero kilograms and divided by seven days, you will have an average of 100 kilograms. So average way would be hundred point zero kilometers. So in week one, you weigh 100.0 kilograms in average, in week 290 9.7. And in week three, you weigh 99.3. This means you're losing weight. And you can see on the weekly averages on daily basis, you don't see this in the weekly averages, you see clearly. Here's another example. Eat Thank you carries every day.

In week one, your weekly average is 100 kilograms. in week two, it's again hundred kilograms, and you continue to eat the same calories. And then in week three, your rate drops to 99.3 kilograms in average, what is this? This happens in the diet, often you are in a calorie deficit, but your body don't want to lose this way. And what is he doing? This holding water, you wait doesn't drop and at the end you lost fat and you don't can see it on the way that if you hold on, after two weeks, the water will drop.

It will seem that you lost a lot of weight in form of fat. But because your body gained this water and lost it after two weeks, it will seem that you lost in one week so much. And that's why when you on diet and you know you are in a calorie deficit you think you are, then wait two weeks to send calories and look at your weekly average way.
