Close your eyes and relax for a moment. Let's start off by doing a little bit of deep breathing. Breathe in and out through your nose. Inhale completely through your nostrils and exhale, completely trigger nostrils. Continue this deep breathing exercise for a few seconds. You can now start breathing as you normally do.
Keep your eyes closed. Relax your body. Relax your mind. We will now practice silent witnessing meditation. This is a very simple meditation. All you have to do is witness each thought and then let go of it.
You don't need to focus on any words. No need for objects of concentration. All you want to do is completely empty your mind in the beginning It may be a little difficult to do this because you're not used to it. But after a short while, you will actually start to enjoy it. Keep your eyes closed, witness each thought and release it. It can be thoughts from work, something to do with your family.
It can be tension, it can be stress, let it all come out one by one. When there is a certain thought that is bothering you, and it feels like it doesn't want to leave you. There is a very simple way to release it. All you have to do is witness that thought. Let that Thought, come to you. Don't fight it.
Don't oppose it. Tell that thought today, I will not fight you. I will not oppose you. All I want to do is witness you and embrace you. become friends with that thought. And then put it on the side.
If another thought comes, deal with it the same way except the thought, don't find it. Don't be intimidated by witnesses accepted and then simply put it on the side. Try using this simple method for the next few minutes. Continue to keep your eyes closed The mind is like a crowded highway. Lots of thoughts passing by one by one. As soon as one passes, another one comes bliss, anger, emotions, your past your fears and insecurities.
Let them all come one by one. Witness each thought, embrace each thought and start releasing them one by one. After a short time, the thoughts will slow down and you will feel lighter. Continue this simple meditation for a few minutes. Continue To keep your eyes closed after a while, the highway of thoughts will become empty. All your thoughts will disappear.
Once your mind becomes empty, you will be ready to experience that which is normally hidden. Thoughts are the greatest barriers to spiritual enlightenment. Once your mind becomes empty, you will experience stillness. It is in this stillness, that you will experience tremendous bliss and joy. Continue this meditation for a few minutes. As you are releasing Thoughts one by one, the space between these thoughts will begin to increase.
Focus more on this space. This space. This silence is the key to spiritual enlightenment. For a few minutes focus on this silence As you are focusing on the silence. Feel your awareness going deep within yourself. The entire universe is within you.
Go deep within your heart and feel eternal bliss within you for a few minutes, become one with that bliss within your heart. Practice The Silent Witness meditation every day and each time Do it, you will get better at it. Preferably, do it first thing in the morning.
