Okay, now I want to go through safe proper use of the multipurpose ozone generator. And it's just a few quick things. Number one, don't drink it more than two times a day, okay, once in the morning, once in the evening, usually a little bit before bed, and you don't want to drink too much at one time. Now, you're going to want probably a four ounce glass to start and after maybe a week or two weeks, you can build up to eight ounces. I don't really suggest going past eight ounces does it benefit you of course, but what you can have is known as a Candida die off that's often what plagues almost everybody. And if it's not Candido, which is, to me the worst kind of die off.

There is a die off from different bacterias and viruses. They're almost literally being attacked and just starving which produces again, their their excrements their dead bodies need to naturally break off into your bloodstream, break off into other parts of your body and be processed by your kidneys. By your pancreas by all those parts, so if you introduce it too quickly, too much of a good thing can become a bad thing. So you need to keep that in mind and have a regulated schedule with this. That being said, once you finally do work up to the eight ounces, I do suggest again, always, always, always have your promise or your stone inside a glass, because the ozone will actually have it has a natural way of breaking down plastics or anything else outside of glass. So you need to do this inside of a glass.

You can't do this inside your little water bottle and just stick it in or also start deteriorating and you'll be drinking molecular parts of the the plastic basically, and the way that the ozone interacts with plastic is not a good thing. Let me tell you, it only with glass okay. So with that being said, if you do happen to have candy to die off, it is not the end of the world. I once had a friend drink almost half a gallon of this unwittingly I told him but not everyone listens for some reason to only drink four ounces, not 40 ounces. And what he ended up doing is having a die off where he was basically couch ridden for about two days, I believe it was almost an entire weekend, three days. And he ended up finally just getting up and going, Wow, just he was a new person.

He goes, holy crap. He goes, all of that was a die off. And he's like, I thought it was healthy. And he was you know, he was a young guy. He was 19 years old, you know, strapping been in track and field and all of that. And he still had these bacterias in him that that killed off and it left him almost bedridden for three days.

And he got up and he goes I've never felt this amazing. Before, that's great, but it was too much too fast. And I asked, Well, I know you feel amazing, and this is really great. You've, you're probably going to be the healthiest you've ever been. Would you do it again? No.

And that's the simple thing. I don't want anyone to go through what he went through what I've went through, because I even stepped up, I used to do 1216 ounces, you know, drinking a lot, and it can end up producing sometimes too much too quick. And you don't want to do that you want to take this in stride. You want to be able to build up to eight ounces. And then you know what you just do this for one year. Watch how amazing you're going to feel from here.

And that's the whole idea behind the proper usage of it. With that being said, you do use these ozone generators for only about five minutes per five for per four ounces of water. Do it in a separate room. Do not enter this room. Close it off from any other people entering for the next two to three hours. The reason I suggest that is you want the parts per million to naturally just simmer down and it'll you know, open a window or something else to the outside, it's the best place to do it.

Or if you can just go outside for five minutes or 10 minutes, do it out there, it'll naturally flood into the open air and have no harm. So with that, do be safe. Do keep in mind that when you get the parts per million are in a closed space, that it can become dangerous and not instantly dangerous, like carbon monoxide, but more of a sense that it'll start creating negative effects at a molecular level that over time can be dangerous and have compounding effects. So do be safe and do be healthy. And then when you use this, you will be again I haven't been sick. I haven't felt any illness.
