Okay, so quickly, I just want to go over into the ozone generators that I actually use myself. And I even have my ozone generator right here in front of you. Just to show you that I love using this thing you can probably see us some dirt and stuff over because we use it a lot. I use it almost every day. I don't have to use it as much now because I've kind of, you know, regulated done breathing exercises, but this, I still love this. And the cool thing about drinking ozone, you're going to get a little tube like this that has a stone or pumice part that you stick inside your cup.

And it's going to turn the h2o into h2o three, which again, indeed introduces more oxygen into your bloodstream in your body, which creates an environment that promotes health and basically is not the environment for viruses and bacteria and fungi to live or even reproducing. So, you want to often just do a quick, you know, drink, I suggest probably four ounces or less to start and don't try and you know, do more than one in the morning and maybe one at night and that's about it. So when you drink it the first time, you're probably going to feel kind of a lightheadedness, you know, when you hyperventilate go, that sort of same feeling is going to come in teeny amount, because you're not hyperventilating and you're introducing a rush of oxygen, though. So, most people, whoever has had issues with hyperventilation, they say oh, it produces headaches, well, you're gonna get the good facts, you're gonna get that feeling of, I kind of feel a little bit lighter and my head's a little floaty.

That's again, your brain getting more oxygen, it's able to produce then better, you know, connectivity between your neurons. And all of this is really oxygen just how it benefits your body naturally, which Is h2o water. So all of these things are just taken in small amounts don't do too much, or you're going to have what's known as die off. And I'll talk a little bit more about that later. But you want to stay small to boot, just four ounces to start, then you can start working up to eight ounces, and I don't suggest doing it more than twice a day. So that's all you need, then just drink your normal water, and that's fine.

So this is the one ozone generator that I use for personal use. Now, when I want to actually get a, you know, clean out my home, get rid of mold, and it doesn't, as I'll explain inside the negative parts of you know, because I want to explain the negative side, I'm revealing the positive, there are negative sides to it. They're true, and they need to be reframed correctly. So you guys know because I know you're going to probably even do more research and go, Ah, how do we use this and all this and hopefully, I'm kind of giving a good guide to doing so. Now, the ozone power Opie 5000 puts out, again, 5000 milligrams, it's a large parts per million, you don't want to be anywhere near in the house, when you use this, you want to, even when you're done using it, you want to literally have it turn off.

And you want to clear out the rooms for a couple hours I'll talk about that said the negative benefits. But this is what I use when I want to clean up my house, get rid of any odors, get, start just destroying the mold now, will it clean out and get rid of the mold itself? No, it'll create environment where it can't live and therefore dies. And then of course, you know, you're gonna have dead mold, and that's what you have to clean out physically. But outside of that, we'll get rid of the smells, they'll get rid of, you know, it'll reduce the spores because they won't be able to spread as much when there's not an environment to produce, you know, new colonies and new rebirth of the basic micro organisms. So, I like again using this ozone generator right here the multipurpose for drinking and you want to use it inside of a glass.

That's another thing I'll just give a tip on and we'll talk about that later with proper use.
