I bet you just love the flexibility of working on your laptop. You can take it anywhere, and you do. So what's the problem with laptops? The problem is you're trying to adjust your body to the current location of your computer.

And you end up in all kinds of positions that are not good for you. Almost everyone I know, experiences some level of back neck, shoulder or wrist pain. They just don't understand or they're in denial, that how they use their computer just might be the cause of their pain. And they resist changing so they just continue To suffer. If you're ready for change and need a little guidance, let me show you some better ways to use your laptop so that you can work pain free and perform at your best. Perhaps it's time to invest in yourself, invest in your business and invest in your employees.

So what is ergonomics? So, one of the definitions for ergonomics is that it's an applied science concerned with designing and arranging things people use, so that the people and things interact most efficiently and safely. So in the beginning, laptops were a temporary replacement for desktop computers, when employees needed to leave the office and continue to work. But today, they're often the only computer that people have unfortunately, allowed Top goes against basic ergonomic design principles, forcing us into awkward postures and increasing our risk of injury. Basically, when you're working on your laptop computer, in the office or on the go, I want it, the computer to work for you. This course is all about untwisting ourselves and adjusting those computers to fit our needs, increasing our comfort and reducing and preventing any pain or injury.
