Our pilates on-demand program will build your core and increase your strength and flexibility. Practice when you want, stop when you want. The program comprises all the main Pilates principles and exercises in bite-sized chunks. Consult your GP before you begin. Ensure to practice safely, in a well-heated, clutter-free, well-lit, well-ventilated room. If you experience a pinch or a pain stop and rest.
