This is about intentional life change. Not the kind of life change that happens as the result of something else like a job loss, the death of a loved one, a financial crisis, a divorce, the birth of a child, or even marriage. This change is about you designing the next redirection in your life, on purpose, and with intent.
This course will fine-tune the areas of your life that need guidance and the areas that you can work on yourself. because there are some things that you can do on your own once they are brought to your attention. not every issue needs to be addressed in therapy, just the ones that have a pattern, are emotionally charged, and plague your thoughts.
