This section focuses on a few different breathing techniques. You will find additional audio in the resource section of this program.
Breath Awareness.
Find your comfortable meditative position with your back supported and gently close your eyes. Firstly become aware of your breath as it moves through you in its natural rhythm. Just notice it for a few more cycles. Then start slowing your breath down as it moves through your nose, down into your diaphragm and chest, and notice where it stops at the inhale. On the exhale, follow the breath moving out of your nose, noticing where you feel it, how it feels, and where your thoughts go. Just keep noticing as you breathe in and out for a few more cycles.
