DESCRIPTION: 
&ldquo;Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.&rdquo;
It is normal to Resistance a still mind. The mind is constantly throwing thoughts into the mix, when this happens bring your mind back to the center and to your breath whenever you recognize it has drifted. Thoughts when emotionally charged will create and snowball effect in the body, creating discomfort and ill-ease. If this happens bring your mind back to your breath and count slowly along with your breath.
You will develop the patience and skill to stay with it and I recommend you stay with your practice until your set amount of time is finished. If you finish earlier than intended, stay in your meditative space until your allotted amount of time is complete. Remember you are training not only your mind but your body. So stay with it. It does get easier.
