We will be building upon this experience slowly so your practice will naturally become effortless and as time passes move you towards your most productive, at peace self.
We start by reflecting on your current state and how your current state controls your present and future outcomes.
The simple task for this module is to start meditating.
There are only two things &ldquo;to do&rdquo; over the course of this entire process: the first one is to start meditating and the second is to continue meditating. The rest will happen organically.
Commit yourself to spending a little time each day. Over time you will gently build upon your practice. A time will come when you will look forward to it as it evolves and expands with each day you practice.
