Journal exercise
Write your desires and your intentions in your journal. Feel the emotion and gratitude attached to this desire as if you have already received it. In one or two words describe your emotion. Now Feel that emotion, where you do feel it, where it exists in your body, in your mind, feel the depth of it inside, bring that emotion to the surface feel it completely as if it were already achieved. Repeat this with each intention; no more than two for each meditation session.
Once you have completed writing your intentions.. repeat them to yourself silently or aloud, and start your meditative session. when you are in a place of stillness and peace LET THE INTENTION GO and begin to focus on your breath. By letting go you are trusting the universe to work with you. The universe has your back.
