DESCRIPTION: Journaling is a great resource to follow results. Not only does it keep a track record of your efforts and experiences, but it will also strengthen your beliefs and keep you on track. As you look back through your journal you will become aware of how your meditative practice has evolved over time.
There will be distractions, doubts, discomfort, and your mind will wander. There will be great days and less-than-great days. There will be times when you have experienced what you could not have imagined and times that will take you to a higher state. All of these experiences are creating a profound and more skilled and congruent meditative body, mind, and soul. So stick with it.
