You'll be amazed at how easy and satisfying it is to make your own cheese at home. Not only are the cheeses in this course relatively quick and easy, but the results will also inspire you to want to make even more. And your friends and family will be so impressed with your new culinary skill.
We'll start with the quickest and easiest cheeses and progress to slightly more complex varieties, with each class building on the knowledge learned in the previous lessons. While I've listed these as separate days, you can take all the lessons at once, or stretch it out over time. Whenever you're ready, you can start making cheese.
