So you have identified your list of stores and found out the right contacts to approach. Now it's time to send your first pitch emails. In this session, you will learn the exact types of emails that I'm sending when approaching buyers for the first time. A few words about pitching via email. This is obviously the most comfortable method of pitching. So if you're just starting to pitch buyers, it will probably be your favorite approach.

This method takes the least amount of time and can be easily replicated. This can be an advantage as well as a disadvantage for you. Do you know why? This pitch method is the easiest for buyers to ignore. It means that you have to stand out and customize your email based on the story that you're trying to pitch. Remember, stores are all different.

They carry different merchandise. So you may replicate some words in your email. However, you should always put something in your email that will tell a buyer that this email is unique and was written specifically for this store. Now, I want you to remember that in order for your emails to be opened and responded to you need to adapt yourself to a casual but confidence style of writing emails. When you do not overload an email with complex phrases, but instead sound clear and professional. It grades is sympathy, and desire to respond.

Remember about that? Now, before we go and review some examples, let's talk about the basic rules. First of all, there are certain rules for subject lines. Statistics shows that such subject lines as hi or hello from Brandon xX xX are proven to have the highest open rates. It may sound funny, however, these subject lines sound more natural and casual and they stimulate the reader to open an email. Then, try to be brief.

Nobody wants to read a long story. This specific this simple, and again, be casual.
