Moving ahead in this section we will be looking at how we take our thoughts very seriously and are always compelled compulsively to follow them. We will look at various diffusion techniques that will help us maintain a distance from our thoughts and reduce their impact on our day to day lives because when we fuse ourselves with thoughts to drive, they take the control of the driving seat and they drive us away from our values. So in this section, in this particular segment of the course, we will be looking at various different kinds of techniques and tools that we can use in order to diffuse with our thoughts.
