Okay, now you are equipped with all the necessary skills and techniques that you need in order to build your confidence and overcome social anxiety. Now what I want you to do is you have to put yourself in situations where your anxiety will come up. Okay? You have to purposefully put yourself in the situations where you will feel anxious. Why do this de symbol if you have fear of skydiving, you should do it once and after that the fear doesn't exist anymore. If you have fear of scuba diving, we just do the scuba diving once in your life and the fear fades away.

Similarly, when you put yourself in situations where you feel anxious, and you have this skills with you, and you apply them in that moment in that scenario, your anxiety will fade away as we have seen in before By now meditation video that we purposefully bring the anxious emotions and sensations in our body while meditating. Similarly, you have to really put yourself out there in the situations where you will feel anxious. What this will do is give you a lot of confidence will actually give you a practical barometer of how you will apply skills, what are the real challenges you're facing, you will just get familiar with dealing with your anxiety more if you put yourself in these uncomfortable situations. So put yourself in this uncomfortable situations go write down in your journal what what situations you will put yourself in for one next week.
