Future pacing. Future pacing is one of my favorite NLP techniques. The customer may wants to try out a new behavior or purchase and to increase sales. You can make the client see, hear and feel the positive outcomes that they will get if the purchase your product or service. It's really powerful to increase it and you should use future pacing during the whole interaction. For example, a health coach is sending a coaching package to one of his clients.

And the client says he wants to lose 10 pounds to work confidently on the beach. The coach then said imagine we are six months from now. You have just lost 10 pounds and we're walking down the beach confidently. How does that feel? Later in the interaction the coach says if you work together for six months, you will be able to feel so good when you are at the beach. Got the idea?

The key here is to always ask yourself, how can you make the customer feel? See here is future transformation right now. And you can understand this concept and you use it. You will be really really powerful in any situation
