Become a Mindfulness Practitioner®© Trainer and ICF Master Coach Level-2 is the second level in the Mindfulness Certification program offered by Matrrix. Unlike the first level, which explores the preliminary and introductory concepts of Mindfulness, Level 2 cultures the concept of Ego and the concepts surrounding self-introspection.

The second level, “Egotive” provides the learners with 30 CCE credits and explores relevant concepts in five individual chapters for a progressive learning experience.

The five comprehensive chapters in the program explore the concepts of the Ego trap, choices, and ego states, followed by the Role Theory and Carl Jung’s Theory. The latter three chapters cover concepts surrounding justification and rationalization, emotional games, and self-care.

The Level 2 of the program involves an intermediate level of learning varying and associated concepts of Mindfulness that every professional practitioner should implement in their personal and professional practice.
