The class is comprised of 9 weeks of targeted facial exercises.

• Upper cheeks, upper eyes
• Jowls, pouches
• Neck
• Upper lip, lower eye
• Vertical forehead lines, chin, and lower lip
• Horizontal forehead lines, neck
• Lower eye II, back of cheeks
• Back of cheeks II, crow's feet
• Bridge and tip of the nose, laugh lines (mid-face lift)

Participants should have a desire for a more youthful appearance.
