Making colorful breath. To talk about this method, you must first know how to breathe properly. It seems perhaps surprising to some, but most people do not breathe properly. To perform correct breathing, you are to breathe from the diaphragm. Watch babies breathe when they are first asleep, and you will see how we all want to breathe that way. You will see how they use their lungs and diaphragms to expand and to contract.

As we got older, we forgot this basic knowledge and started breathing differently. Thus, the cells of our body are not as nourished as they once were. And when we are afraid or tense or breathing becomes even worse how to breathe properly using breathing. meditators are masters of proper breathing. They are focused on just that. The breath and breathing properly, emptying their mind and heart of all fears and erroneous thoughts when and where proper breathing can be done.

Colored breathing exercises are to be done in places where there is clean air, preferably outdoors away from polluted areas of major cities. Ideally, this is done first thing in the morning at dawn, when the air is freshest. If this is done accompanied by cool mountain air, then so much the better. The oxygen from the trees will enhance the air we are breathing and all our toxins will be absorbed by the trees. But as most of us live in cities, we can do our morning breathing exercises in front of all windows wide open To do colored breathing properly, when we do call it breathing exercises inspired there inside the human body is converted into energy and is very much influenced by our thoughts and those of others. It has been said that all thoughts become part of the ether, and no thought is ever lost.

Dust said it would be a great idea to apply this important technique. Focus on thinking positive thoughts that benefit all one practitioner trains herself, to inhale good thoughts and to exhale all negative thoughts, that being that she cleanses herself of all forms of negativity and toxins and only takes in or breathe is in that which is positive and healing. Step one. In our case, let us start with proper breathing. You may do this are the standard up or sitting down. Choose whatever feels more comfortable for you.

The important thing is Bowsher. Keep your spine straight and your head erect. Step two. breathing air deeply from your nose. Feel your lungs expanding. fill your lungs with good energy.

Oxygen is always great for the body. It nourishes the cells of your body and clears thinking. Step three. Then, gently release your breath through your mouth. With that exhalation, release all the toxins from your body. Take it slow and easy.

Relish the breathing process. Here's an additional tip to successfully completing this exercise. Some meditators lie down on the floor, lower back, press to the floor and breathe in for a cup. Activate, hold for a count of eight, and then exhale for a count of eight and hold for another count of eight. If you do this, you will find that your tummy tightens as well. And that is a very good bonus.

Apart from that, you also develop good posture as your low back is pressed down on the floor. It helps release back pain as well. And it is a good overall toner for the lungs and body. This is especially great after you feel out of sorts when you wake up in the morning. It gives you relief when you wake up with a sore or twisted back or when you feel your back is out of alignment. This flow technique always works.

Remember, breathing is the most basic thing and the most often Oh Looked. The smartest thing to do when tired, anxious, angry, or depressed, is to take a deep breath and just to focus on breathing in, breathing out until you find some peace and calm in your persona. Only then you can act or take decisions from this point of peace and calm.
