How can a therapy heals migraine headaches, migraine sufferers notice that they experience pain when they are unwittingly exposed to glaring white light, either from intense High Noon heat from the sun or from debilitating white light from fluorescent bulbs. They start sweating and their heads feel like cracking open. When this attack happens, they become immobilized from the pain. Even their vision is temporarily affected, and they feel they cannot function at all. The only thing to do is simply to stop whatever you are doing. All within bounds of course, if you are working on something that may endanger your life or limb, you have to stop and take a break.

Excuse yourself and find immediate relief. First, if you are feeling nauseous, you may have to find a doctor first and have your blood pressure checked for it may signal something else. If your blood pressure seems normal, and you are not inclined to take temporary headache relief or some medication, then you can pursue alternative healing through color therapy. Here is how step one, First, find a place where you can lie down undisturbed for a few moments. Ideally, it would be in a cool dark, place your head slightly elevated, but not too much. Otherwise, you will create pressure on that sore head of yours.

Step two. Next, loosen any constricting clothing. Proceed to close your eyes and do some deep breathing. instead of the usual eight counts. Go for breathing in for four counts. Hold.

Then exhale For four grounds, and again hold. Step three. When you are sufficiently relaxed, and you would like to seal in this healing energy derives from breathing, you can now imagine yourself being so fused by the healing blue light showering upon your head and to every part of your body. Imagine a very light shade that you like. The color blue is anti inflammatory, and it will cool your mind and thoughts. Step Four.

Do this for a few minutes until you start to feel better. After the color therapy, continue lying down until you feel well enough. You can also imagine your whole body being protected by a dome of gentle white light. This is for extra protection, because you will again rejoin humanity and you will be exposed to so many energies around you. Step Five. Sit up slowly.

Until you get your head together and stand up only when you're able to refrain from harsh glaring lights for now, the idea is to stop a while to have your blood pressure checked to rest to breathe slowly and properly. To fill yourself with a healing blue light to ceiling with a gentle white light and to give yourself time to recuperate before you get back to your tasks at hand.
