Welcome to my healing course. Now that you have watched the first video, your mind can heal your body, you will then understand my work easily. That was some scientific information about quantum science, which explains my work, which is very, very useful. I'm going to talk now about the 10 spiritual commandments that I live by. Number one. We are all consciousness, pure energy beings and cannot be destroyed.

That means that we will always be in existence, we are indestructible. So we've come down here to planet earth to have a human experience. That's all and we will live physical life probably 60 to 80 years and then this physical body We'll pass away and we will move on to another body and carry on. So imagine that it's like being in Disney World, a huge, huge disney world where you have to ride all the rides. And if you don't complete a ride, you will always come back and have a return ticket. So everybody has got to be certain ticket never ending.

We also come down here with our agendas, we have specific things which we want to do. And when we finish each task each ride, then we will go back to Disney World and start all over again over and over. And the people that we interact with our people are because so groups that we have agreed to come down here to experience the human experience. Number two, all is one. Everything in the universe is interconnected. All are made of the same structure, which is just pure energy.

So we are all interconnected. Number three, there is no need to now have Everything exists in a now, there is no past or future there is only the present the here now, as I go through the lessons, you will begin to understand what the here and now means. Number four, the law of attraction, what you put out, you will get back. So in this course, what you put into it, you will get back from this course. Number five, everything in existence is subject to change, except the first four laws number 123 and four, everything else is subject to change in your life. So, look both change.

Most people in this world don't like change. I always like to use the analogy of the heartbeat. If you look at a chart of a heartbeat because Boom, boom, boom, it goes up and down, up and down. That means it's alive when a person is dead, because it's one straight line. Yeah, the person is de la visa journey. upside down.

People in our live, people in our world don't like change. They are literally index friends, not wanting anything to move, and literally dead. Let's move on to the things that on the day to day basis, I practice number six, from moment to moment, you are a different person. I did explain this in some of the videos and understand that every second you are a different person. Let me just explain this very briefly. If I took a photograph of you, at age one years old, after 10 years, every year I will take a photograph, and I laid down those 10 photographs on the table.

Would you say those photographs of the same person? The answer is no. However, it carries the essence of that person. Now if I squeeze it down to 10 minutes and took a photograph of you every 10 minutes, would you say those pictures of those 10 one minute photograph the same of the same person. Again, they are To know, now, let me squeeze it down to 10 seconds. Every second, I'll take a photo of you, it looks very similar.

However, they're not the same people. So every second, you're never the same person. You could say that every moment every second, you are actually reset, you are reset perfect again. So every second you are actually perfect until you pay attention to something else. And then you're resetting again. You'll be able to understand this much better as you progress through the lessons.

And you will understand that each and every moment you are different person. Number seven, you've seen the video earlier on reality is meaningless or the world is meaningless, waiting for you to give it your meaning. So reality is really meaningless waiting for you to give it your meaning. And whatever meaning you give it to that will be your reality. They can only be three possibilities, a positive one A negative one and a neutral one. In essence, there are billions of possibilities but they all break down to three main one, positive, negative and neutral.

Number eight, it is very, very important that you pay gratitude every day. In fact, every loan, if you can remember, I will wake up every morning and say to myself, just for this morning, this moment, I'm so grateful for what I have. I have a roof over my head. I have food in the house. I have some walk around money. I have a wonderful partner and children if you have them.

I have so much compared to others. Thank you. Thank you, thank you universe. In the evening. I'll do the same thing. Every moment of the day.

If I can remember I will say thank you universe. I have so much thank you. Even if I do come across a negative situation. I will say thank you to the universe as a thank you for the situation. I don't understand why it has happened. However, Thanks for the experience and no doubt when I'm ready, I'll be shown why this situation has happened to me for me to learn.

What do most people do? They're always grumbling, when they wake up. Why haven't I got this? Why haven't I got that? And why is my life so bad? And if you do complain, the law of attraction, if you give out a lot of negative, the universe will only give you back negative.

Does that make sense? So be careful for what you ask. The universe will always give you what you asked for law number nine, always allow others to be rights respecting their power, their point of view, you do not know what somebody has come down to planet earth to do to you. Everybody has their own agenda. So respect what they're doing. They do not know what your agenda is.

Neither do you know about them in short Mind your own business. Actually, when you are interfering in somebody's life. You are actually playing God you're trying to sort their lives out when you do not know About the agenda and remember, no matter what happens, everyone is here for the experience and whatever they do, they all have a ticket back to the fairgrounds, so Mind your own business. And number 10. Finally, live moment to moment, following your joy and passion and having no expectations. I repeat, having no expectations, expectations only causes pain.

And that's where all our problems starts when now expectations are not met. Those are the lows I live by daily.
