Or, you know, you look at it and think and take the wrong meaning of it. You gave it No, no. I gave it the wrong way. I gave it my meaning. And if I gave it the wrong meaning, you'd be upset is the damage it's doing within myself if I've given it a negative meaning. Yeah, that is, honestly, it's a real eye opener, because really the other person is just doing what is what they're doing.

Yeah. But yeah, gone and given a meaning to it, making it better or worse. Right. Yeah. When the world is meaningless waiting for your unique meaning. It's a very important one.

Yes. Yeah. So you have that is really, yeah, absolutely. Yeah. So in any in any conversation that you're having, here, what story are you telling yourself from listening to the other person's point of view? Yes.

And is what interpretation is You put to what the story is being related to you and create your reality. So somebody just mumbling along and you just take it neutral. Easy. That's, that's it, you know? No big deal. You feel okay.
