Like, I used to say I'm not my body, I'm not my body, I'm not my pain yet. The pain was there. But now how it works because of the frequency, the old pain was there, which is always on the left hand side. Yeah. So the old pain is sitting there, the old version of you, not you the new you sitting here, getting new energy, the old you is still there. And all the other users are still here.

Pain body is still here, but because you shifted, now, the physical body has got it's got to take time to heal, but energetically you healing it like that. So when you heal the energy body, it will then trickle down to the physical body and he will take whatever time the body will take to heal. We are first energy beings heavy A physical experience in how we have created our pain, our lifestyle, it was through the thinking, thinking is energy, isn't it? So the thinking What do you think? If you think of something not good, you will receive a pain because your body will say this is negative you feel the pain from the thinking is such a physical pain, isn't it? And if you do it long enough thinking, like you say, Oh my god, oh my No How are you?

How are you? How are you? Oh my god, I got pain. Oh my god, I got pain. So every moment the new bodies coming in, you keep saying oh my god, I got pain. That pain connection.

Every time you say is like a thread? Yeah, every time you say as one. But what happens when you keep saying more and more and more. It becomes like a code string. And people who got very, very sick illness, haven't got a string, they got a rope. They got one of those fisherman's tugboat a rope.

So it will take many many practices to keep taking it off one by one so you start to be lighter and feel better but what is it we do? Some of us is served our purpose to be Ill listen to this very carefully because we get sympathy yeah oh are you oh my oh Auntie Auntie mo whoever Oh my so we could control you know but we don't want to heal because i neva Mele everybody will come and see me if I'm better nobody's going to come and see me a lot of people are like that and the only way to heal is to remember that you are already perfect and to accept you more, to accept you more to love you more is not to judge yourself. Whatever you do you say it's okay. I accept myself. But what is it? We do?

Doing something wrong or you doing something wrong or you be always judging through shaming or blaming, complaining, complaining or blaming. Yeah, true or not? Yeah, yeah. When do we say nice things to ourselves? When you say well done, very seldom, but oh, you shouldn't have done that. You know, you're stupid.

You'd keep doing that. Yeah. And so when you keep doing what happens, you start to believe it because every new old body becomes the same isn't it? Because you're repeating it so you go forward you're repeating it over so you never change you can't change anytime. Well not and then any you die. You're lucky but what if you don't die?

You suffer. So, but the good news is listen to this. The good news is pain is telling you to change. Because if you understand that, it was you to start with the created the pain Yes. By changing the pain will be there. Yes or no?

Yeah, yes, yeah. So you say, Okay, I'm responsible Now, how do I change? There's another story now do my course. But that's another story. How many stories have you got then? So the point is, what I'm teaching is a way of life.

It's a way of life, how to be healthy, how to be peaceful all the time and happy. Money, doesn't buy happiness doesn't buy happiness. So what I do, what do I teach? I teach you to be grateful. Most of us are not grateful. Why is my son is the Why is my daughter's like, why am I going not money?

Why am I going to big house? Why am I not blah, blah? Why why why I want a one. No, you wake up in the morning you say thank God I'm alive. Life then good as a roof mama house. It might not be your house.

It's okay. You You've got a roof over your head. And then you say, thank God, I got some food in my fridge. Thank God I got some money to go shopping. That's all I need for today. Because that's all there is today.

Everything is in the now there is no greater gratefulness. I went through a phase when I would look at my face because you know, the tremor in my neck. I say, oh, god don't look good. You don't look, I don't look good. But then obviously now I've changed and I look, I look and say, Well, actually, you're beautiful. You know, you're good.

I mean, while we were doing this exercise, the I had, I know the trouble was there, but it's actually subsided. The positiveness and love in the new coming frame. Exactly. But which I'm doing now and I'm looking at the mirror and thinking well actually, you know, you are beautiful. There's nothing wrong with you. You're full.

So as you said, You You say the positive things, you digest them, and then in here, you start feeling better. Yes, as we will. You need to make the picture clearer right? You've got the pain say okay, thank you I got the pain yeah this is the old frame instead a new frame new frame is energies coming I'm perfect I'm perfect I already perfect why I feel good smile because at this moment in Milan is moment I'm good now do you yes with the pain is on the left now, isn't it because you've got a new thing always going to do right? Yeah. So you look at this over let's say, Okay, I understand you got to pay but I'm not new.

I'm not you. I'm not your body. I'm not my body. I'm not my pain. So look, I know my pain. You're different new.

I'm this you now I'm feeling good. Then you say you look to the right. I'm jumping into a better been better one better one. But what so what is that what is happening? When you feel positive all the times moment to moment second to second guess you're moving further and further away from the other frame. But what is it we normally do?

We carry on? We have to tell the story or you pay my next ad And the next person comes along. How are you? Oh, my name is fading. So every time you are creating it, I was just saying every time that you say to a new person, go back to the beginning of your story. So you're developing your narrative as opposed to just moving on from it.

But if you remember that, immediately you shift from the pain body to the new you and you keep saying each and every moment. Feeling better and better and a feel, and then you go, and then you pay attention. You pay attention to the President, the pain is still there, but no pain, because you're not connected to it until you start to say, Oh, I have no pain. And already you got connected to it. That's how fast you shift.

If you're really in pain, sometimes it helps you just watch comedy movies. Laughter Yeah, that's what laughter yoga is. is fun because you start off with breathing meditation. Yeah.

And really at the end of that is, you just you be whatever you want to be. And even if you want to lie on the floor, and keep your hands and feet and and this watching somebody, just laugh, you know, and the more you laugh, the more you release, that's a form of relief as well. Yeah, there's some people like to, for instance, play different kinds of music, but they can't I mean, instruments make you tell them to, you know, come on, get on with it and do it and they pretend they are and suddenly they feel that they're actually playing the music. frequency of the music is shifted. You're not in the pain body. As you moved away again, isn't it when you start seeing around is the pain down the good?

You are in the present. You're not. You're not. So one of the things which I would suggest to people that are suffering. When somebody say How are you? I'm okay.

But you said you had your arthritis. I am coping with it. So okay. Don't tell them a story. How's your backache? I'm coping as sweet, silky.

I'm number headed to 20 years. I'm working on it. Many smiles. Okay, let's talk about something else. Don't allow yourself to be drawn into your story. Yeah, like your friend.

The one that you we were talking about is always talking about her stories. Yeah, because why she wants attention. And then if you match her frequency, you're gonna feel bad, isn't it? It's not that she stole your energy. You match her negative energy. Nobody can steal your energy.

There is no energy vampire out there that is on fire. There is no energy vampire. I believe that there are people that drain You know, that's the belief structure is because you match their frequency. So you're going filling in good. Yes. And the one you say is draining you is not stealing your energy.

You are the old you have to start with really, really, really, really really and then you match them and you feel bad. They didn't steal your energy you match their energy.
