Week 24 was what is your sole purpose? What is your purpose over your life in an era ask me the question. And I, I was thinking so long and I asked me them as well. And to ask all of you What is your purpose of your life? That was my question. All right, maybe somebody like the answer?

Oh, no, I'm just I have to say I am following my joy. And then I think it will lead me to that. So I think there is no fixed answer yet. I'm getting I'm getting there because I'm following every day what I like to do. I think if you put the label Hey, I'm this and that is gonna put you always in its expectation that you have to be that So, no, a lot of people ask me at work. Oh, who are you now what you've done this course is Who are you unlike?

Well, I don't you know, I keep exploring. I keep following my joy. So yes, everybody's is different, isn't it? Yeah. For me the question I asked all the time, what is my purpose? And I can find this, huh?

Yeah, me too. Yes. I say we're the purpose. People one day at a time. Well, if you are a full time minister, no, it's a good way to start. Now in that one day over time to look for joy and look for joy and excitement from moment to moment.

Okay, although you live one day at a time, you really don't most of the time because you're always future orientated. What should I be doing? What should I be doing? You know, you're looking for some incident Yes, to begin my inner daily life. We have to do many things like housework, and enjoy going to work you do any work, you do it in the presence or not, I have to then get on to the next one. This is what what I think Makita was was going to say I got so many things that she not finishing one she's really on the next one.

Next one next one, instead of just doing one. And then the next one. Yeah, we discussed that last time. It's slightly more challenging if you work as a child, you know, everybody has their story. And it's how you tell your story. Absolutely.

Absolutely. In everybody's story is slightly different challenge. Personally getting through many tasks a day like I'm sure whoever is a mum and whoever has children, studying at the say God eats fish fitting things in and not being lost in the past. or future challenging if I have a weekend or if I'm on my own somewhere, oh boy, I can be in presence all day long. So it's the challenge for me personally. Create the day the way that I don't feel rushed.

Already that statement is already out of sync. Okay, run that back. For me to create the day not to be crazy is to be present. That's it. There's no creating, of course I complete Yeah, completely present and you go, what will happen will happen but you will get so much in the present. And it's great and I am learning to give up on so many things.

Today. I'm just you know, trying to shift your pattern of Madden trying no markets. Asking you to look at your life. You know, as somebody who is semi retired, you see, everybody says My life is wonderful because I'm semi retired bla bla bla bla bla, it is no excuse. It's just that if you are in the present, Totally, yeah, you can hit the busiest of Liberia you wouldn't know because you're so much in the present is doing one job. You still have to do some planning.

I mean, you know, I can't say I understand. You have a plan? Yes. And you say I got 10 things to do in the plan in terms of power. I have 10 things to go and you say you start with the first one and you just go from there and see what happens. Now for instance, like you have appointments to make, you know, like if you've got clients to see, sometimes you have to you know, the appointment has to be made.

Yeah. Yeah, I understand. So the appointment is locked down at three o'clock. For example. Yes. Yeah, so are you gonna tell me that when you wake up at eight o'clock in the morning, you're really thinking about the appointment three o'clock?

Are you gonna invest five hours of worrying about the appointment? or worrying about it? No, but think about it. When three o'clock comes then the appointment. In the meantime nine o'clock I go to the gym 10 o'clock, you're gonna do something else, or you got another appointment, or you do something and then three o'clock is the appointment, but you don't dwell in the appointment is the same as goal setting. I want to do something Yes, in the future.

You you set your goal. Of course, you know, I cannot say to client on the doorstep Sorry, I am half an hour late. Can you just wait here for half an hour? You know, there are certain things you can you can do anything on this planet. Of course you can. All I'm suggesting is to look at it in slightly different way and manage it in a different way.

So and you know, see what happened. And I'm sure the data when you're totally in the present, like you say everything was messed up. I don't think so. Because Okay, and not be because you've, you're totally in the present, you wouldn't have felt any stress. It's never been a mother of children. That's the problem.

If everybody keeps saying that, then obviously, this is how they create the stress. Okay, being a mother of children, which is a challenge, and I will learn into different strategies, instead of applying the same strategies. You do the same thing all the time, what's gonna happen, you're gonna get the same result. Of course, absolutely. Learning from every situation is what I say. When you get in a situation where you know, something in your life and stuff and say, What can I do differently now?

And I asked myself it every time Can I change? And I changed my tune because I'm saying, we're going to be different, I'm going to be deadly deadly, let this I will try every situation in that runs until there is one deep there. That's it That's the strategy and what it is, is like I say falling the joy all in your joy. And I think that is so important, finding excitement from moment to moment. And this is again something some people get mixed up, you know, what is calling your joy from moment to moment. Sometimes we mixed up for escaping is what most of us escape is very close or similar to following the joy and excitement, excitement and anxiety are very close together.

Yeah. So you have to differentiate whether it is excitement or joy, or is it anxiety at all, always in xiety that causes the challenge inside Have you follow the joy? days? no contradiction? Everything is perfect. When you come across a situation where the President is causing pain, yes, it is a judgment that you have given to the situation that is causing the pain in the present.

Now, if you look upset by and change the story, you'll be okay though. It's a judgment on your part that you don't like something in the present. Yeah, I want it my way. So when it doesn't come your way, you're causing the pain you've gone and create something. Yeah, but to me, like changing the story sometimes is like no facing reality as it is. No, no, no.

By changing the story. I mean, I you know, if somebody upsets you, you just say, opinion. If I was okay with Masako Did he say, Oh, he called me a parasite. I said, I haven't called never called you a parasite. And he said, my brother did when I was a child. I said, Yes, but you're not the same person.

Then, what two years ago. Remember that a parasite being called by somebody. And so why do you really that person that you're a parasite because you're never the same person, but understand that this is very, very important. This is how people go back into relapse, creating, like, anti Gani. But be careful, be careful before it happened. It's not happening happen, then happening in the present now at this moment in time, whatever you do, I'm okay.

Until you allow your mind to slip into the future or the past or trying to protect yourself. What happens to your frequency enter your thought form, you get shifted to a parallel reality that is resonating with your thought form. The world is always changing but you are being shifted through your thought forms in what in how you're vibrating. And if you are negative person, you will have been feeling your thinking all the time. So Those of you that think I'm having a bad time and check your vibration because you're automatically going through that time and things are not turning out. Why?

Because of your expectation. Yes. Most of my life is very joyful and I'm enjoying a lot of it. I would like to ask everybody here, how they getting on with those mundane daily tasks, which when they are like Groundhog Day, every day the same for example, you know, for me personally, cooking washing, I tried to say myself, thanks, God, I can cook myself dinner. That's wonderful. I have the food fantastic, which stops me from really not liking it.

But these mundane daily tasks. I don't find joyful. I do them because they have to be you. You're saying that boring? Yes. Yes.

Some of them are totally boring if you have to cook every day. Can I stop? There is no time only boring minds. I know you would tell me the audience here How would you i mean i i had absolutely wonderful joyful time walking the dog you know watching documentary just sitting lazing about these mundane daily stuff, which I do every day for years. I do them I accept them. It's something to get.

But finding real thrill in them. Okay, somebody else okay. I'm doing every day so we can't complain because we have to know are you finding joy in cooking, cleaning, washing all this Right. How do you do it? Because I don't I find it so boring. For me, I can I quite like doing housework, really with my joy.

I already used to it, I don't make you. So you can ask Shane to help somebody else I think I mean in, in my job, okay. In my job we we have a lot of mundane stuff. At the same time we we have very interesting stuff, okay. So when we I mean the objective what we have is like we optimize or we work in such a way that mundane stuff is done as quickly as possible so that you spend most of your time trying to do the interesting stuff. But if you don't have interesting stuff, what you do is you still try to do the mundane stuff as quickly as possible so that you free up your time to do whatever you want to do.

That's where we do mundane, mundane mundane, which is a really an expectation is of any color. So basically, my my take, there will be mundane stuff, he cannot avoid that, you know. So get over it, find the best way to do that quickly as possible, then you're not in bed, you know that, you know, you have all the time to do the thing that you'd like to do. Okay, good suggestion Anybody else? I kind of make it I kind of make it interesting. Whatever it is, I find some kind of even if it's slightly something different, I make it interesting.

So and that makes me happy to doing that kind of boring thing. For example, I don't like to wake up early at my work when I have to do right when I have to be there early like at night. That's for me, it's way too early. But I always find something like interesting about it or something on my way when I go to work. It's just like always have to find something that gives me that joy doing that something else That is boring so I don't know. But by default with with Makita in the same in the chores of the house but there is an is game I told around the other day that to me seems like everything is the same like no change at all just to do all the chores again again war house this is the same.

So you tell yourself a different story like another's you know you make it fun. I find that I used to find that with the with the cooking. I mean, I enjoy cooking. But when it was like my cat I said an everyday thing, especially when thinking Oh, what shall I make? But what has happened is in since we've been doing the course, I've actually been because I've been more in the present and I keep saying well you know what, this is great. This is so enjoyable.

This is so so actually it's not become a mundane thing. And I have been fortunate enough that I have a cleaner now so she comes every two weeks and in between I just I hate timing for instance I hate ironing shirt a shirt. So I just tell my other half key said okay the shirts are piling up you want them because I'm not gonna want them for you. But then I think going back to this, what we were saying about being in the present for me that has helped me although it's mundane but because I have tried to practice to be in the present. It's not become mundane. I don't know if that helps.

But that's the way I've been looking at it. For me, it's I do it and all that I accepted and you know, our washing machine broke and I said today Oh wonderful is working again. What a joy to do laundry, no different different points of view but I still cannot find the true joy RM is talking about doing it in different ways and something will happen. Be present and different. Definition you give to the job, I think it's very, very important. Because if you give it a negative definition, it's going to be a negative thing to do.

I totally agree with that. That's how I you know why I brought it down and by, you know, when our washing machine broke down, I said, What a joy to do laundry. But to be frank, it's I there is appreciation, but not the true, you know, joyous experience yet. So maybe they'll come and go back and practice the three A's first year acceptance of what is, which is a stumbling block, in your case. It's not acceptance is acceptance of what is yes. Then appreciate it, find something to appreciate, then you will approve it.

You haven't gone past the first block of acceptance of what is because it's probably when it comes to this chart. I haven't accepted yet. properly so make next week a practicing week in terms of whatever the situation is, get into the acceptance mode first of what is then you can go into the challenging one not appreciating it. Okay, and this is what the meeting should be like in terms of all right answer a few questions and you have feedback from each other. And this is how you grow as a group. You understand it's not me just delivering, there is so much stuff I can deliver, which is countries that I need to go back to the old stuff where you can make it a part of your life to understand that the basic lessons that we'll be talking about all your joyfully absorbing no expectation, being in the present, being in the present our reality, that's got to be kidding, you know, you got to live that part.

And then perhaps you will experience what I'm experiencing because I'm living it. It's not because I have more life. I leave he says I've been making sure that I'm practicing it. So there are no more difficult situation in that there are no more challenges anymore. It's okay. And if I can't finish something, it's also okay.

And when when that becomes part of your life and not inventing things happen, I hope this doesn't happen. I know that because you're living in the future. We can really do this usually. The first thing is anything that happens accepting so what is first before you go, I accept it. All right. What can I learn from it?

What can I say why is it happening again? No. Change the approach. Okay?
