Hello, this is your seat man, the author of the property apprentice, and welcome to my seven hours to say name, property apprentice seminar. This seminar is about passive income or generate money going on trees that keeps coming and coming and coming and coming forever. And the day was it never stops. So today, I have the pleasure of having Adrian here in class that you're watching. And maybe before I go ahead, Adrian, you want to briefly introduce yourself? Sure, my name is Adrian.

I'm from Singapore, and I've been a stock investor for a long time, but I've never really got into property. And so when I met y'all and I saw an awesome opportunity to, to learn about how to invest and get passive income from So I'm super excited to be here. And thank you so much for having me on the call. Yeah, thank you, Adrian. And a little bit about myself, I'm a professional property investor means I generate my income by investing into property. And I've been doing that for more than two decades, 2020 to 23 years, something like that.

So I got a bit of experience and in about 2013, I put all this experience into a class that I've been teaching for several years in classrooms now. But now I'm recording it so I can bring it to a wider audience, specifically, you who are watching this now in form of online video trainings, so that I can help more people to generate passive income from property that was my objective, why I generated this course. So I'm a full time investor, but also on training programs, and I'm an author, as well, Mr. Public Stroke stead is available in all major bookstores in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, and Indonesia. So let's get going, Adrian. So welcome to the first module today. Thanks.

I'm pretty excited to get started. So yeah, looking forward to getting in and discovering what I don't know. No, yes. Okay, great. So this is the legal stuff, I don't have to read it to you, I can provide you with the slides afterwards as a downloadable downloadable PDF file, that you can also utilize this I don't give it beforehand because I don't want people to just browse around with out getting the right explanation but but afterwards, I most definitely would love to have the slides as well. And then you can read through that.

So in case you do have your mobile phone, or anything, please silence it. Likewise for the audience who's watching this Please also minimize all your distractions and really pay close attention to this training here, switch off your email, your Facebook, your mobile phone and enjoy the class. So this is me here, I've written two books actually not only one one is about business, how to generate more profits and the generically and the other one about more specific property, which closely relates to this last year. So, Adrian, you have already introduced yourself, thank you for that. So we can want so the objective of this entire call set of which this is the model one is basically to give you the fundamentals and knowledge that you need to be successful investing properties, because properties is a great way to make money and that will teach you many different ways to do that.

But if done wrongly You can also A lot of money. And I would hate if any of my audience loses money, it's actually fairly easy to make money. So that's why I put together this course to teach you, you know, what to look out for when you invest in properties. It's not a beautiful they look at something entirely different. I will teach you how to think like investor because investors think a little bit differently, which different success criteria they are, and especially how to avoid pitfalls, how to build your long term wells, in all you might have a little time and potentially also not much money to invest, how to find analyze, evaluate deals, and what are the important considerations so that's basically the high level people have bought, of course into all the details for all these items. Important is Yeah, of course in our online course economy, participate directly.

But the advantage of course, is you can stop me behind record replay if you don't understand anything, and feel free to contact me if anything is totally not clear to you in this course, and I hope to learn from it and apply what you learned otherwise it was a waste of time and money. So please, please do your best to learn. This class consists out of 14 modules, that gives you all the fundamentals that you need to know how to make yourself successful. As a teacher 14 different strategies that you can select from. You don't need to use all 14 obviously, but you have a big arsenal of strategies that you can utilize and then select the ones that you like. I will teach how to generate passive income, how to build up equity, how to find property, how to buy It and also how to manage it once you have it, because that's what a lot of especially overseas investors have been service.

I teach you creative ways to find money, how to finance your deals, and also how dementia risk. But all of this is useless knowledge, if not for the two most important modules, which actually I've seen a lot of other trainings are missing, which is the mindset and the psychology how to overcome fear because if you know what don't do, then it's not useful, right? So I will go into extra the mindset portion first to prepare you for the other stuff that's coming up. So this is how this whole thing's going to work on a high level. And then we will break it up module by module step by step I will teach you everything that you need to know and potentially more. Sell okay for you.

Sounds great. Any questions so far? No, I'm good. The the focus of financing and legal and management and so on, that's going to be around a particular market. So the UK market in particular, or is it generic and applicable to all markets? Okay, when we get there, I'll get into the details, but just maybe a teaser here, the finance is totally generic, I will show you many different ways how we can finance property, especially.

Also, if you have a little own capital available. The legal tax considerations, those are obviously very specific to a given market. And when we get there, other mentioned a bit more, but in your case, Adrian, since we're talking about UK, we can talk a little bit more specifically into UK as well in that context when we get to the right Okay, thank you. Okay, so well, the years almost over, but you can replace it with 2017. Because every year can be in better than the previous one. That's why people like you and me.

We're active learners and take a whole financial education ordinance we can make every year even better than the previous one and the next year, as well. So that's that's the objective that we're trying to accomplish here. But who do you think is responsible for that? I'm responsible, absolutely right. Because you are 100% responsible for creating your financial future. And nobody else.

That's, I think, a very critical step already. In your thinking process, because a lot of people they say art economy's bad, or my company's not doing well. The government is not helping me. No. It's ultimately you will yourself who can take things into your own hands. And you can make your own economy.

So you're not dependent on your boss or the government to help you if they do. Fine. I'm not saying you have to give up your job or anything, because there's so much passive income. But I'm saying that it is entirely possible. If you take things into your own hands that you can get financially free, can generate passive income, and you don't need to play marbles. For anything, then it's going to work.

So I would like you, like all my students to make a promise or pledge to yourself not to me, we don't have to promise me anything, but to yourself. So please, repeat after me. I will become financially free no matter what What I will become financially free no matter what. I will be a successful property investor, I will be a successful property investor, I will take action to get my goals. I will take action to get my goals. And I'm blessed and grateful now that money comes to me easily.

And for those of you who are watching this video training right now, I would encourage you to hit the pause button right now and repeat this pledge aloud three more times to yourself until it's really fully immersed in you. Because Have you heard that saying, Be careful what you wish for it might come true. Yeah, it's actually wrong. Correct version should be Be careful what you wish for it will come true. Because whatever you believe in is why do you believe and that's why I say mindset and psychology is important.

It's also what you believe. If you don't believe something's gonna work, it's not gonna work no matter what you do, right? So but if you believe in yourself and believe it works, then it'll work. Maybe not the first time, but it eventually will. So that's why this is very important. Step.

Right. So let's get going then, is the actual content. The first module is about how to succeed in property investing. And I probably might break this up into different models. So I'll just do my quick introduction again, before we get into it is your seat man, the author of the property apprentice, and you're about to learn something very exciting in module one, and that is how to succeed in property investments. So stay tuned.

Let's get going. So, some very clever people. have done some analysis. It was not me. I'm just conveying the message here. They've done some thorough analysis.

What do rich people have in common? What is different about them than the average and or the poor people? And they've interviewed a lot of them and done some full analysis. And they came up with three things that basically differentiates rich people from other people. And those three things is firstly, they all have mentors. I'm sure you've heard of Richard Branson, for example, right?

Yeah. He says that. He's a multi billionaire. Right. But does he know anything? No, he says at any given time, he has five mentors, himself, who mentor him, right?

And he mentors other people as well. So mental ship is something like crucial I think there's a lot of people they try to do themselves get advice from the broke friend, or they're always helps coach and wonder why it doesn't work, which people know they have to get mentored by some expert in their respective fields. Like you're also doing Adrian in your stock investing, you also mentor new students yourself. So you know that. Number two, you need the right method. And that's what we're learning here on the right method how to invest profitably reliably and predictably in properties so that you can generate a passive income.

I will teach you the right methods. But even if your mentor even if you know the methods, there's one missing part. Okay, can you guess what it is? mindset? Absolutely. That's the right mindset.

So that's what we're gonna focus on first. If you have the right mind. said, Get mentors and apply the right method. It's actually very easy to generate passive income here. And obviously, since sign up for this training course as well as the people who are watching it now, you're open to that. So keep an open mind and learn as much as you can follow what I'm saying because it works.

So what is a mentor? mentor is somebody who has done it himself who is successful in a particular field, like myself in property or yourself in stocks, and many other people in other fields. Someone who is knowledgeable and can save his mentees a steep learning curve trying to figure out things himself for 10 years before make it work, and can help you to avoid costly mistakes gives you the confidence and knowledge skills in order to be successful and I love doing it that's why I love mentoring and teaching people one of the questions sometimes I get is Hey, often, you know, you already generate so much passive income get so much money from poverty but by take money from from teaching, or why, why do you even teach in the first place? I simple because I love it. I love helping people. I do what I love and afford to do.

And that's what property has enabled me to do that. And that's the reason why I put this into this class and share it with people not because I have to, because I'd love to. So my pleasure to pass this knowledge on to you and the future audience who will be watching this. Thank you so much for taking the time to share it really appreciate that. Yeah, actually, time you mentioned a critical role. I think that's one of the most important messages it might not be very specific in this course but make good use of your time of people wasting a lot of time.

This things that don't give any return doesn't have to be monetary. It can be a relationship, return or health return if you do exercise, but watching television, trash for playing Facebook, five hours a day doesn't really cut Newcastle. If you had I would give you an account with $86,400 inside. What would you do with it? ask yourself that question. So whatever the answer now might have When is the right because it's right for you.

But actually, you have such an account, it's called time, you have 86,400 seconds every day. And it's up to you, I'll make use of them. So definitely investing in this class is a good use of your time. And if you have a life, or anybody who's watching this now, as a life is too busy to clock out, you don't find time to make money. Well, maybe you might want to reassess your priorities. That's my advice to you.

And if you watch half an hour, less television a day or play Facebook, half an hour less today, you've won one hour already, which you can accomplish a lot. That's 365 hours a year that you can use for investing for gaining additional knowledge and so, so that's a small piece of advice for everyone. If you have any questions anyone can ask a seat So, let's play a small game. You can choose any. And you see the colors properly purple and gray squares here on the screen. Yes.

Okay. So there are eight purple and eight white squares on this screen. Please choose any purple screen square that you like. But don't tell me which one you've chosen. Just focus on members. Okay?

Okay, focusing. Okay. So from that purple square now we can either go left or right to the nearest neighbor, wait square, so depending on which ones you might have chosen sometimes so possible to go left if you chose one on the very left side and you have to go right and if there's no grace on the right, then you go left. So whatever the case might be for you. So now you should be focusing on a gray square. Okay, everybody gray square here.

Cool. Now for matte gray square, you can either go up or down, that is vertically. So if I were in top, I have to go down or if you want to bottom you have to go up whatever it might be to the nearest purple square again. And so I pull down the nearest perfect square. Okay. Okay.

So from the purple square, now you go into a 45 degrees diagonal angle to the nearest way square again. Okay, from that gray square now you have to find a purple square again, which is either to the right or down depending what one of them might not work. Maybe there's no further along to light and go down or that made us no down and boy But one of these two possibilities will work either down or right. Okay, now you're on a particular purpose where right? Yes, just remember that please, for a moment. What if there was somebody who could show you the way to success that enables you to buy the things that you like and you don't have to be driven by alarm clock anymore?

What if you can enjoy massage or lifestyle? anytime you want to give you a blueprint to financial freedom and enables you to pay your bills always in full. Take care of your loved ones. And you don't have to worry about money anymore. What if you can look forward to a comfortable retirement and what if there was such a mental for you who put in a to do that to give you a competitive into the right direction, that allows you to live a life with your family. And also find sufficient time to keep your health because wealth is nothing without health.

Or if you like to climb the corporate ladder, perhaps. What if there was somebody like that? So now let me ask you, did you happen to choose this square? I did. Did you find it amazing? That's amazing.

That's the power of method. If you have the right method, you know, before you start, where you're going to end up. Yes, I knew you're going to be a net square. Because if you can follow a simple instruction that I gave you, you can only land on the square and that's what I'm teaching on. To teach you in property, such a process that lets you know, before you even start investing, whether you be successful or not, of course, you will be what you know before and not five years later, you know, upfront and that's precisely why we need to add methods and teaching you. Right.

So method y is something that gives you predictable outcome that you know, front that is easy to follow, as in the game just now. So know what to do, how to do it, when to do it, it's a proven process. And that's the significance of this training here. It has been proven to work. I've been investing myself, like I said, for more than 20 years and gain some experience and expertise during that time. That's to ball to them.

So hi. level the investing process in property is a sweet, simple three step process, which is research requisite and then we would want. So you have to do some research first what to buy, where to buy it, when to buy it. Once you have done that, then you requisite the right property or real estate, whatever you want to call it, and then that's a one time effort. And then you reap the rewards forever. And even after you're old, and maybe you can pass it on to your family to your children, because it never stops.

That's the beauty of it. Yeah, and actually my simple three step process as four steps The fourth one is repeat. Then you do the next one and the next and this way grow bigger and bigger. So there's no definite answer to that. But deep process, the mechanics of it in not only property investing, I believe it's probably the same stock investing business is you have to have the right process. Otherwise you also fail, but it contributes only 20% to success and 80% is really a mindset.

That's why it's also so crucial. And I think what maybe differentiates people who are successful is exactly that, that you can manage your mindset or don't do fear. You just do it. So that's a relevant skill. I will teach you and the audience all that probably, to some extent, might know it already. But that's why it's so critically sad.

So I do believe that I mean, obviously the mechanics is a skill that can be learned and you're here to teach it. believe that the mindset is also a skill that can be taught and imparted to people. Absolutely, yes. Yes. It's actually I'm will be teaching you as part of this course, on the subject, which is the first module before we even get into the mechanics. Because if you learn the mechanics first, but you don't have the right mindset to do it, you will not do it.

And mindset is a learnable skill. I've learned it too. It's not something maybe you can adjust in a second all night, but all the time you definitely can It's very much a learning skill. Thanks. Great question. Great.
