Welcome to day 11 How you feeling fellas taking on the world, releasing this emotion from your body? Well, it's really important that you pay attention to when you go into the fear to rise which is what today's lessons on day 11 is on rise. The only way is up. Are you understanding that everything originates, everything is created. Everything is drawn to everything releases from you with energy, it's all energy. So admit the right energy and you get the right life you attract the things you want, by emitting the energy of what you want.

Especially very simple. The processes is complex, it's convoluted, it's twisted, it's deep. It's so many things. But that's what we're unraveling. If it was that easy, we would, we wouldn't grow, would we? Alright, so today is rising.

Now there was a book that I found and I found it by looking for answers. I was looking trying to find more I was trying to elevate my I didn't know why I was stuck. And I was searching of, of all the books I came up with the first book I got, I think was a freebie. And it wasn't the book I needed. The second book was this book and I thought of all the books on the planet, I get to read this one which is called manifesting miracles and money, how to achieve peace, purpose and plenty without getting in your own way by Michel Paisley read. So it's all in your PDF, and there's excerpts from it.

And it's like the Holy Bible. When I read it, I thought, are you kidding me? It looks nothing like what's in it, and it's got the most extraordinary Information and and it's channeled through this woman called Michelle. And she channels this group called the power of 10. And I actually say they're an extension of Abraham Hicks, which I didn't realize that and I would always think that's what they are. They're always they're an extension because they go further than the law of attraction.

There is a little there's a bit of a discrepancy about law of attraction, Abraham Hicks and perhaps this, these people that speak here, a lot of them these when they channeled information they come through with rising, ignoring what's going on, which are all agree to, but at this, they missed the law of action where you have to act on your feelings because the action shows that you mean what you say. You mean, what you feel you mean. Yeah, you're in your integrity. You don't just sit there there needs to be a law of action and that law action. You, you're guided to do certain things and if you've got to act on your guidance, and the clearer you are, the less complex you are, the less confused you are, the less chaos in your life, the clearer the messages. And when you clean out your body, it's nice and clear.

It's like a physical body. Yeah. Well, I'm just going to read a few of these little excerpts from this book. And I highly recommend that you get it because it's seriously like the Holy Bible. He is one of the messages please do not place your focus on things on those on those who would bring you down as their energy they dense one like an egg you will separate in this process, like a heavy yoke from a lighter egg white. What this means is that instead of focusing your gaze on those who would do you harm those who inflict hatred and violence, you look away as you would a child having a tantrum.

Has all your energy to a higher place. So they're saying that which is they don't expect that all these mess these messages and these that comes through law of attraction I totally agree with they don't quite explain why this reason is they don't say well you've created the tantrum. If you're if there's a kid having a tantrum, that's part of your energy feels part of your chaos. wealth. So when you are alone and true with yourself, you believe you believe when you accumulate a certain amount of wealth, you will feel the same level of rampid amplification, but you have it all backwards amplify times the power of 10 and you will feel both full and complete happy on a higher level, then and only then will you manifest all things towards you because ironically, these things won't matter to you at all anymore. Just like the love and appreciation happiness freedom is who and what you really are and in your culture and society, in your world In fact, money question Freedom.

Did you ever stop to think that's why you wanted it so badly? Even those of you who have manifested it from the field of potentiality and gathered a great deal of it always seem to want more as if it's like a drug wanting an addicting to accumulating more of a paper source. And it's so ironic, so silly, given the fact that you already are freedom at the core of your being connect with this source. And you are free forever. Yes. So that's the feel.

That's the message through this whole book is your you are already free. You are not to choose suffering that you are choosing suffering. Yeah, and you read it and you might think, Well, yeah, yeah, easier said than done. But it is it's once you get to that place where you can say, I have been choosing it. And I haven't done the work in my energy field to release the suffering to release my trauma and heal myself. And the more you align your focus your intentions, your energy, the more that you're taken to the right place at the right time to the right people to the information every we're here to help each other.

And that's what this does when you become aligned. The teacher shows up, you know, the, the situation shows up help shows up. It's not by chance that it shows up. I love this one on focus. Now, it talks about when you focus on the dam, instead of the flow in the river, you you focus on the obstacles in the river. And then it says that we do this to each other, we dam the bills, we curse, the issues, we curse, our problems, the government, the schooling, and that only creates more of the same.

Now I thought about this the other day, and I got a I got a ticket because I had to drop keys off I need a case to get into the car park. But I had to put the case back. So I got out of the car park and parked on the road. But it took me a few minutes to get to drop the keys off and come back. I came back a few minutes later and I had a ticket. So when I'm paying this ticket, which was I got within like three or four minutes of not being, you know, I thought, oh, I'll be able to do this.

I paid it with the intention that that, you know, council would take care of and not block out the view of the house that I always had an apartment. I said, Okay, so don't block that view out. I'm gonna I'm going to pay this. And as I'm paying it, I'm saying I'm paying it for you to do these things for me to create the things that I want because you're on the council there so I paid it with that in mind and I thought what a better way To utilize the energy, like when you have when something's negative coming up, you go, Okay, well, I'm going to either do this more graciously, but I'm going to do it with an intention for me to get help. So you don't feel so bad, right? Yeah.

So it was just a shifting of focus and not to be cursing the situation cursing and putting blame and distributing information, once we're educated, which is good to be educated on what is happening, but we got to our vibration has to dissolve that which is not wanted. It can't coexist. When you add a different fight you can't coexist with if you're a certain vibration, you can't coexist with another vibration that's different. It clashes and what you have What happens is and that's why sometimes when you shifted your vibration and then your old friends or your family members has this sort of clash or this this sort of, I don't fit, I don't you know, I'm not jelling. It's, it can happen and, or it can just feel like, it doesn't work anymore. So you that will change you and then but you need to get to a point where you're you, you take the responsibility so that when you do around those people that it's a not a not a question anymore.

Sometimes it's a little bit of course, when you change your energy, the vibrations around you change and therefore interrupts their energy patterns and that's why you have the clash. But then when you can get past that and you grow when you become you, you can be the creator of harmony and peace. So it's sort of it's always a bit of a roller coaster right. So why the world is falling apart because it the vibrations are rising. So therefore, all the Pain and all the lies and all the suffering and all the abuse is starting to surface and disclosure is happening. And then everything is falling apart because you can't put band aids on things to fix things.

If the foundation is rotten, then things have to crumble and fall down. And that is the how the world is working right? Well, you work the same. So if your foundation isn't a good one, it will crumble. So that's why you've got to look at the foundation of who you are. And that's what we've been doing and cleaning out.

All right, so good stuff on this one. It's and yeah, so just making sure you utilize your lessons. And then there's a Okay, well, I'll just read this bit here where it says rise. So the understanding of the early phase of attraction is one of the main points that the universe is trying to clarify question this and then there was a question to the power of 10 because the husband would ask The wife who was channeling this power of 10 and then she would give the answer and the answer is no, there is no try, okay. So try, understand that there is no try there is simply to be in order to expand, you must stay in the moment be free of all thought and feel beyond yourself. And you'll limit itself to be beyond into the expansiveness into the universe and each individual soul contributes to the expense of the whole of the entire boundaries of the universe.

Because in truth, there are no boundaries, it is you who makes it so there is no try there's only to be and expand and to multiply that to be multiply as in the power of 10, multiply and expand whatever it is you are feeling to the next level of existence. And when you reach the happiest level of freedom. When you know the truth of what it is to be alive, then you move on to the expansive level of the highest way of being and you vibrate at the level. That is no longer have this earth. So basically it's saying expand your happiness expand, you've got to keep making sure you are expanding the good vibrations and then you go beyond this planet, you just move you rise, rise rise, just as extraordinary the information in that book. So exercise 11 is raise your energy.

No, it's free lessons. Patents are responses where you need to elevate your energy because I have a patent of things too. So I'd go have a patent on these issues. When I'm trying to do something and, and the type of resurface, I might get. So I write it down. And then I ride to hell, what I normally do when I get frustrated or whatever, so how I'm going to rise I'm going to let go, I'm going to pull back.

I'm going to just rise in it. I'm going to refuse to respond in my normal way. So write down your three situations that you need where you need to rise and raise your energy write them down. They're right where your normal responsibility Write do write down what you're going you will do. Sometimes you might do nothing when you should do something. Sometimes you avoided certain things and you just bought put under the carpet.

Well, that's not going to work. Because you're not seeing you need to see you need to know truth. So we write down your three situations and pay attention when they come up.
