The connection between psychology and marketing. As you can notice by yourself, I start each chapter with the phrase the psychology of the psychology of digital information product creation, pricing, conversion, marketing, funnel and customer service. I did that for a reason. Right from the beginning of this program, I would ask you to remember why you are in business. You are still in business because of your customers. As long as you have new customers and repeating customers, you will be okay in your business will grow.

The moment you stop getting customers, your business will fail badly is basic as it sounds. That's the fact. We are in business because of our customers from a marketing ethical point of view. Your job is to persuade prospective customers to buy from you the act of buying puts them In another category gives them another label. They are not prospects anymore. They are your customers, but your job is not over.

Now, since they've become customers, you need to satisfy them. You need to provide everything that you've promised in your marketing messages. You have to help them solve their problems, or help them get the results they want. And now you might say, okay, Vladimir, I know that give me the powerful psychological techniques I can use to get more sales. Don't worry, we'll get to that. I made a promise and I'll keep it I'll increase your marketing influence to the point it has never been before.

But don't skip the fundamentals. This is what we are talking about right now. repetition is the mother of skill, practice and revise the fundamentals of your subject to become not just good, but great. In the reason I brought these two points, persuade and satisfy your project aspects is because the majority of entrepreneurs focus their efforts entirely on persuasion, and they don't care about customer satisfaction. This is a costly mistake, which you will not make because you know better, especially when we get to the chapter, the psychology of great customer service. But why psychology you ask?

Well, since everything we do revolves around our customers, we need to understand how their psychology works in order to serve them, right? Because right now, I can take a look at your business in give you specific advice that will cost you zero dollars to implement, but we'll have a great customer satisfaction impact. Your customers will be happy and they would want to do business with you again in the future. This is just the hint Don't worry. I'll share it with you later in this program. And this comes from the understanding of what makes your customers happy.

In their psychology, you probably know that I teach four courses on copywriting. And my students ask me, Vladimir, what's the secret to writing irresistible marketing copy? I often say, find out who your customer is, and communicate directly to him or her. Don't talk to the masses. By the way, do get a sense of this. Yes, I'm talking to you.

Personally, I don't talk to a group of people. Read the description of my course. I don't use boring sentences like, in this course, students are going to learn how to do marketing. No, I'm not talking to a bunch of people. I'm talking to one person to you. See, great marketing and copywriting are all about knowing your customer in their psychology so that you can make decisions in a way that will move your prospect in a direction you want.

And by the end of this program, you will have a solid understanding of human sexual ology and its application in cutting edge marketing strategies and tactics. This is the connection between marketing and psychology. If you want to do effective marketing, you need to understand human psychology, you need to understand what makes your prospects tick and react, what makes them happy and loyal. So you can enjoy higher lifetime customer value. Yes, you should be thinking about lifetime customer value because a person who has bought from you once and is satisfied has a great chance to buy from your game. On the contrary, a person who has bought from you, but it's not satisfied, we'll never buy from you again.

A great marketing mind once said, your customers is 16 times more valuable than your prospect. I cannot describe how excited I am about this program because I believe in the potential power of each lecture. Yes, you heard me right. I said potential power. It will be there too. Until you do one simple thing, take action, implement the knowledge you will gain in you will win.

I would like to close with a quote by Pablo Picasso. Action is the foundational key to all success. Thank you for watching and stay purposeful
