Increase the value of your ideas by 10. You're about to learn how to increase the value of your ideas in concert significantly, I'm talking at least 10 times or 20 times or 30 times, inside your information product or online video course, you will be teaching concepts and techniques and methods. That's the actual need of your product, right? That's the information your prospects pay for it even if your info product is free prospects will pay with their time. So you need to make them feel they haven't wasted their time or money. In the name of the game is perceived value.

Perceived value. Of course, as a marketer, quality must be your priority, but I'm talking about something else here. You don't just sell boring information. You sell valuable concepts and ideas by far the best way to Increase the perceived value of a concept or idea is to give it a name. So this is not just hype, no, no, no, I stand behind my claims, and you should do to. Another example out of the marketing world is this when people spent a lot of money on luxury goods and services to display economic power, the economist, Thorstein Veblen, coined the term conspicuous consumption. And I still remember it. And because I made A very strong mental Association in my mind, because we all know what an elf is in elf marketing. Whoa, I've never heard something like this before, have you? I believe the ape model will have the same effect with you because you know what an ape is. I even showed you a picture. Why do we think I did it?

Just because it will make my slides funnier? No, of course, no. I did that because they know how learning works. And this is why when I introduce a concept I connected with something you already know. The more you learn, the faster at acquiring new information you become, you have more points to relate to in your mental schema. I can go on and on with examples, but I'm sure you got the point already.

As we discussed in the lecture about the name of your information product, high impact words apply here as well. In fact, these two lectures here A lot in common, but they separated them intentionally because I do believe these concepts will bring value to your business and will increase your level of influence. After all, you are no longer the guy who provides tips and advice.
