If you don&rsquo;t like sports we want you to try something new this week.
Ask a friend to go outside with you and learn the rules of a new game.
Can you teach her your favorite game?
You can be inside or outside to do aerobic exercises.
If you have limitations, speak with your doctor, therapist, coach, or trainer and ask them to help you learn new exercises that will get your heart racing.
Commit yourself to stretch and make it a daily habit. Stretch at least three times a day.
Remember this saying &lsquo;practice makes permanent.&rsquo;
Our wish for you is that exercising becomes as important as eating and sleeping every day.
