Do this exercise only after a few days of journaling about your money meditation and becoming hyper-aware of your thoughts and actions. Often when you stir up the subconscious, it will begin to show you other things about yourself that you weren't aware of.

Often during the relationship with money meditation and reflection, a person or persons will come up that may have contributed to your current relationship with money, others, and the world.

I often find with my clients an issue that they thought they had forgotten or let go of is still in their energy field. I know this because I pick up on it while working with them. When I bring it up, they are stunned that I would know about it. I can't make this stuff up, so to me, it is hard evidence that the incident lingers in their cellular memory.

It is very common for people to suppress and consciously forget uncomfortable situations. We get busy with our lives and push these emotions down, so we may carry on with other responsibilities.

With money, there are so many emotions involved: shame, guilt, fear, and anger, for sure. You will go deeper and do an emotional cleanse exercise in Part 2 but for now, start with this powerful practice-, Ho'oponopono, which means to set things right.

Joe Vitale tells the story of Ho'oponopono and Dr. Hew Len. It is Quantum.

If you are interested, Joe Vitale and Dr. Hew Len wrote a brilliant book about the magic of Ho'oponopono called Zero Limits

It will change your life.
