Situation 
Your team’s goalkeeper puts the ball into play with a long five-meter kick. You and your teammates advance to the halfway line and prepare to meet the attackers. 
Challenges
Your team is basically on the offensive; however, you must think like defenders because you have a high chance of losing the ball in these situations (the attackers face the right direction and can attack the ball with speed). It is not rare for the opposing team to progress to score goals in these scenarios for several reasons:

Scenario 1. Goalies often make mistakes when they execute five-meter kicks, and this allows the opponent to score goals.
Scenario 2. The attackers come out of a head-to-head duel with the ball, resulting in the ball being passed directly into the backspace to a “hungry” and right-facing attacker.
