Organisation

Three players work together (two players work and one rest)
Cones are positioned at a distance of 5-8 m apart The distance between the cones are 5-8m (see figure above).


Procedure:
Task

Player A (the defender) plays the ball to a standstill Player B (the attacker) who receives the ball. Player A runs after the ball and sets up a 1v1 situation.  
Player B steps on the ball or holds the ball between his or her legs. Player B plays a nutmeg if the defender attacks in the reverse defending position or suddenly plays the ball some meters ahead if Player A presses with swordsman steps in the chase defending position.
