Key 2: LFT-Quality

I have developed the term LFT-position to refer to the quality of the player's Leg, Feet and Torso position. 
Perhaps it is a little strange that we, including me, have not previously focused on football’s technical details in the same way other sports professionals take the time to dissect the science behind their art. 
For example, ski jumpers spend a lot of time analysing, testing and finding the optimal ready position before jumping. Everybody knows that performing this analysis is critical to what happens after they take that all-important leap.
The analysis is equally relevant for footballers. That’s why the LFT-quality is essential: it directly influences the quality (or lack of quality) of a defensive position’s technical execution.
