Objectives

Learn how to effectively execute the jumping-on-one-foot technique.
Improve ability to jump on one foot after a long and a short run (two steps). 



Technique practice. Figure: Giske Defending 
Organisation

Players are divided into groups of four. Two players work and two rest.
Two cones are positioned at the feet of a wrong-facing player (imagined marking situation).
6-8m between the cones

Procedure

Testing. Test and analyse players current jumping-on-one-foot technique.
Learning. Perfect the effective jumping-on-one-foot technique with a relatively long last step, lowering the centre of gravity a little and using arm movements to maintain balance. 
Practising. Practice the jumping-on-one-foot technique.
