My torso is no longer rotated forward.
The centre of gravity is now lowered correctly; i.e., downwards but not forward. The consequences of this are enormous. I feel comfortable and free. Besides, I can benefit significantly from the tension I can achieve in my leg muscles as they press against the ground.
