Improve marking technique (expand marking repertoire).
Acquire sufficient space for jumping on one foot (good working conditions). 
Improve jumping on one foot after a run and short run (2-3 steps).

Organisation

Players are divided into groups of four. Two players work and two rest.
One player plays a wrong-facing attacker who tries to “block” the other player, the defender. The players change roles after 3-5 repetitions.

Procedure

Challenging. The attacker tries to maintain body contact with the defender with his back by leaning backwards. The defender attempts to win a head duel after a (simulated) “long pass”.
