Objectives
Experience first hand the differences between the reverse defending position and other defending positions. Improve your working conditions through good LFT-quality (Leg, Feet, Torso).

Test and compare the reverse defending position with the Side-on defending position. 
Explore the impact that the quality of the LFT-position has on a player’s ability to execute the reverse defending position.
Practice the reverse defending position.

Organisation

Three cones are positioned at intervals of 10-15 m.
Three defenders each have a ball. 
Three stationary attackers are positioned at each cone.

Task

The player plays the ball to an "attacker" who receives it and waiting for the defender before "nutmeg" him at the second touch (normal the first touch in a real game)....
