Objectives

Improve marking skills against “wrong-facing” attackers during a throw-in. 
Improve 1v1 skills.

Organisation

Goalkeeper + 4 (5) players vs. Goalkeeper + 4 (5) players.  
Pitch size: 33 m-50 m x 40 m. 

Procedure

Normal play without the offside rule in force.
The goalkeepers have a maximum of two or three touches and cannot score goals.
All set (dead) balls start with a throw-in from the sideline or from a throw from the goalkeeper.


Variety

Playing with the offside rule in force.
Attempt to manipulate the players into a 2 vs. 1 situation on the flanks when attackers are wrong facing and stationary with the ball.
