Before we embark on our journey of transformation, we're going to take a couple of minutes to rally up. These exercises will help energize you and prime your mind and body for learning.

Let’s move the energy and prepare for our journey. Don’t worry about looking silly, we look silly together.

Think of these exercises like a pep rally - they get everyone on their feet, raise spirits, and encourages a positive outlook.

Ho-Ho, Ha-Ha-Ha (aka Laughter Yoga)

  • Brings fresh air to the lungs and brain
