Even when we learn to shift into Rational thought following an obstacle, we still have our initial, emotional reaction. The Stoics believe that emotions are important and useful, but to not allow them to cloud our rational thoughts, judgments, or decisions.
In this lesson, we provide a few more tools for your toolbox to allow you to process these ‘big feelings’...and then move on toward progress vs. stewing in your ‘passions’.
Dragon Breath
