Ritual Gratitude Habit
A Ritual Gratitude Habit attaches a moment of gratitude to an existing ritual or part of your day. We will explore some ideas for a Personal practice as well as a shared practice (e.g., The Peach and the Pit)
Spontaneous Gratitude Habit
A Spontaneous Gratitude Habit is sparked when you experience or encounter a predetermined totem or item of importance (heart-shaped rocks, word, experience).
