DESCRIPTION: 
We're going to kick off our Stoic journey with some dancing.
We're starting this module's lessons with some physical movement. Physical movement increases blood flow and oxygen to the lungs and energizes the muscles of the body. 
This will get your mind primed for some Stoicism 101.
Add this (throwing on some music and moving) to your toolbox anytime you feel your energy dropping, or before you jump into a meeting or training where you need to be alert and participating.
