DESCRIPTION: 
Balance
In our opening exercise, we first start with a balancing exercise, shifting the weight in the body from two feet to one foot, slowly and mindfully, coordinated with the breath. 
This helps balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain and increases Neuroplasticity. 
Flow
Then we take a cue from Tai Chi with Cloud Hands, which uses a gentle flowing movement that simulates watching clouds pass. 
Cloud Hands is great for coordination, relaxation, and mental focus.
