EFT Tapping
EFT (or Emotional Freedom Techniques) can be used to help you find balance and reset whenever you may be feeling overwhelmed or energetically sacked. Similar to acupuncture or acupressure, tapping involves applying cadenced pressure to Meridian points throughout your body, along with a Mantra that is repeated.

Meridian Points in our Lesson
