What is Laughter Yoga?
Designed by Dr. Madan Kataria, Laughter Yoga (or Hasyayoga) explores how laughter really is the best medicine.
What are the benefits?
Laughter Yoga can:

Lower your heart rate
Increase oxygen to your lungs, and 
Raise endorphins (which make you feel good) 

Your body doesn’t care or know if something is funny; the actual laughing gives the benefits.
