Still hope you've got that bank card on your table for good reason, because you're not going to use it for this next reading drill called lightning. And the habit that is going to address is regression. As I mentioned earlier, we spent about 30% of our time. But what if we took away that safety net? What if you couldn't actually read the sentence you just read? sounds counterintuitive.

And it's a good point, because you're not gonna be able to do this with all material. The thing that I like to call is the academic versus Harry Potter. So for academic pieces of paper, you won't actually want to use this technique. Because what we've noticed from actually reviewing work, is you'll notice your comprehension increases. If you don't understand what sentence means purely because of the jargon and the concepts that's used them. Yes, I advise you to read it.

But for example, if you're getting high pazza, I advise you keep sliding, increase that speed. Now remember, speeding is a superpower. It's something you turn on and turn off at your own leisure. For the passage show, I want you to take your bike card, flip it over, so there's no numbers facings that will distract you. And as you read the sentence, move it down that line. So you cover it up.

And that will increase your focus as well. Please, you're having to pay attention to what you're reading because you know, there's no way to go back
