DESCRIPTION: Coaching Tip:

To avoid the slippery slope of delaying a decision because there are too many choices--pick ONE central station to collect your ideas and material.
If you can't bring your central station with you for whatever reason, then go ahead and jot down your ideas wherever you like (sticky notepad is an example), but make it a daily or weekly habit to transfer all of your ideas to your ONE central station.
This central station can act like a catch-all, so a 3-ring binder or an entire file drawer would work splendidly. If you're more digitally inclined, then it's really just a matter of copying/pasting your scattered material into your central station.
Each month try to organize your ideas into categories for easier searching and finding. This is why I love three-ring binders--you can move pages around at your whim. Plus you can take anything out and spread it on a table to get a bird's eye view of the material.

Mindfulness Technique:
If you’ve journaled before and not...
