Journaling is a helpful daily habit that can be used as an ongoing assessment that will help you find your creative flow. Start applying yourself in certain situations that welcome creative work and monitor your progress. This will be a trial and error type of process because most of us don&rsquo;t know the best times of day to write, or what we even want to write.
