Your overall plan will include 6 days of training: both cardio and interval training and 1 day of rest or yoga. For this module, we will show you how to complete your 3 days a week of interval training to help you increase your strength and stamina. As recommended by coach Cross, Fitness Heights International, you will follow this routine 3 days a week.
